Welcome to Tanlify. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tanlify's software engineering, artificial intelligence, and product development services, applications, and related digital solutions (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging Tanlify or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. About Tanlify
Tanlify is an AI-first software engineering company and technology partner. We design, engineer, and scale digital products — including AI solutions, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, web and mobile applications, and cloud infrastructure — for startups, SMBs, and enterprises.
2. Eligibility
By using Tanlify, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into agreements.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Services
Tanlify may provide:
- AI engineering — agents, assistants, automation, and LLM integration
- Product engineering — SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, and enterprise software
- Web engineering — applications, customer portals, and dashboards
- Mobile engineering — native and cross-platform applications
- Cloud engineering — infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD
- Digital transformation and modernization
- Technology consulting and architecture
- Ongoing support, maintenance, and managed services
The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement. We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Securing your credentials
- All activities under your account
Tanlify is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
5. Fees & Payments
Fees for Services are agreed in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or engagement agreement, and may be structured as fixed-price, milestone-based, or retainer arrangements.
Payment Terms
- Fees and payment schedules are defined in the applicable agreement.
- Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of work or Services.
- Taxes, duties, and government charges may apply.
Retainers & Ongoing Services
Recurring or retainer-based engagements continue until canceled in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement.
Non-Payment
Tanlify reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Services and delivery of work due to overdue payments.
6. Refund Policy
Because Services are delivered as custom engineering work:
- Fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases at Tanlify's sole discretion.
- Third-party service fees, licenses, and pass-through costs are non-refundable.
Users are encouraged to review the engagement scope before proceeding.
7. Domains & Third-Party Services
Tanlify may integrate with third-party providers including domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics services, and communication platforms.
Tanlify is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- DNS propagation delays
- Domain expiration issues
- Registrar-related problems
- Third-party platform policy changes
Users are responsible for maintaining ownership and renewal of custom domains.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership of engagement deliverables is assigned as set out in the applicable agreement. Tanlify's pre-existing frameworks, tools, libraries, branding, and general know-how remain the property of Tanlify and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Clients and users may not:
- Resell or redistribute Tanlify's proprietary frameworks or tools
- Reverse engineer Tanlify's proprietary systems
- Reproduce Tanlify branding assets without permission
- Use Tanlify intellectual property unlawfully
Clients retain ownership of their own business content and data.
9. User Content
Users are solely responsible for content uploaded or published through Tanlify.
You agree not to upload:
- Illegal content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Harmful or malicious code
- Fraudulent or misleading information
- Offensive or prohibited content
Tanlify reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Abuse the platform
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with system security
- Use the platform for spam or illegal activities
- Distribute malware or harmful software
- Impersonate another person or business
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
11. Service Availability
Tanlify aims to maintain reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary downtime may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Third-party provider issues
- Technical failures
- Security incidents
Tanlify shall not be liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanlify shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party service failures
- SEO ranking fluctuations
- Customer acquisition outcomes
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13. Termination
Tanlify may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Payments are overdue
- Platform misuse occurs
Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
14. Privacy
Your use of Tanlify is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to Terms
Tanlify may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
