Tanlify is not responsible for:

- DNS propagation delays
- Domain expiration issues
- Registrar-related problems
- Third-party platform policy changes
Users are responsible for maintaining ownership and renewal of custom domains.
8. Intellectual Property
All Tanlify branding, templates, UI components, code, graphics, systems, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- Resell Tanlify templates without permission
- Copy platform functionality
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Reproduce branding assets
- Use Tanlify intellectual property unlawfully
Users retain ownership of their own uploaded business content.

- SEO ranking fluctuations
- Customer acquisition outcomes

17. Jewellery shops and high-value retail
If you operate a jewellery or other high-value retail business, you are solely responsible for how you describe products, pricing, certifications, warranties, and compliance with applicable consumer and hallmarking laws.
Tanlify provides website and digital infrastructure only. We do not appraise, insure, ship, or sell physical goods; any transactions, returns, or disputes between you and your customers are strictly between you and them.
18. Local stores and physical retail
For local and physical retail businesses, you are responsible for the accuracy of store hours, addresses, contact details, inventory or availability claims, and any pickup, delivery, or in-store policies you publish on your site.
Tanlify is not liable for customer visits, third-party map or directory errors, or business outcomes arising from how you present your physical location or offers online.
